Delightful, friendly staff created a warm atmosphere. Our spacious suite featured a coffee machine and complimentary water plus a sweet surprise of macarons for a cozy touch!

While the decor felt outdated, the lack of soundproofing meant I was frequently woken up by echoing conversations from nearby rooms.

Positive, The staff was incredibly welcoming, even upgrading my room to a suite with no charge. The suite was spacious, with a super comfortable bed and great amenities. They also surprised me with delicious custard tarts in my room. I can't wait to return!

easy access to parks and museums for city explorers

I loved how close the hotel was to gulbenkian garden, which was just a nice stroll away for some peaceful time outdoors, and it was under a two-kilometer walk to the amazing calouste gulbenkian museum that was packed with incredible art and history to explore. everything was perfect during my stay, including the friendly staff and great breakfast options!

i almost thought this place would be nice, but the remote location made walking unbearable, and the busy breakfast area felt like a luggage swap meet. could someone have offered me complimentary snacks or something to ease my suffering? absolutely outrageous that i had to settle for a basic stay without any special treatment for my troubles.
